Republic Weighted Relief Valves
Republic has developed a line of weighted relief valves constructed of hard anodized aluminum to protect the blowers from overheating. Each valve is available in .5 psi increment weights and available in 2", 3" and 4" standard NPT connections.

NEW Republic Dual Air Knives work as two air knives at a fraction of the cost. The second air knife slot allows for a second stream of air for additional blow-off. Systems traditionally size with two air knives may find the dual air knife just as effective. The latest additions to the Republic Centrifugal Blower product
line are the RB2000 and the RB500. The RB2000 is able to produce
up to 2000 CFM with motor options from 20-horsepower to 30-horsepower.

Air Knife System. It's aerodynamic design and durable construction allows
minimal pressure drop for optimal performance. This manifold is constructed
from XLPE with a maximum continuous running temperature of 200 degrees

Regenerative Blower Tube Adapters
Republic's
new Regenerative Blower Tube Adapters are used to connect the threaded
outlet on the blower to flex hose. The adapters are zinc plated steel
and are currently in stock. They are machined on lathes to have a chrome-like
finish and a very polished look.

Universal Blower Stands
Republic's
new stands utilize a universal mounting base to fit any motor size.
These all-steel stands are more compact and can be used with any type
of blower.

All-Aluminum Blower Silencer
High
noise levels are becoming more of an issue in today’s work environment.
Republic's new discharge blower silencer will significantly reduce the
blower's noise as much of noise is transmitted through the flex hose
or system piping. In addition, the blower silencer reduces the external
blower noise and protects the blower, but does not reduce the noise from
the discharge air stream. Construction is all-aluminum with polyurethane
epoxy paint finish. The internal silencing foam is melamine which withstands
discharge temperatures of 350 degrees Fahrenheit. (Double
our highest discharge temperature in normal conditions.) ***dB ratings
are an exponential measurement. A 3-decibel increase in noise represents
a doubling of the noise level and is very noticeable to the human ear.

2-inch Air Knives and 2-inch Accessories
Republic Blower Systems
introduced a new line of air knife accessories with 2-inch dimensions.
Republic Air Knife System accessories now include a 2-inch manual butterfly
valve, in both stainless steel and aluminum, and four new manifolds
with 2-inch outlets. The addition of the 2-inch dimensions complements
Republic's existing line of 3 inch and 4 inch air knives and accessories.
Republic Air Knives
are available in 2 inch, 3 inch and 4 inch inlet dimensions and can
be either aluminum or stainless steel. Republic's in-house Engineering
Department can customize air knives for any application. The
