Republic's new Trumatic L 3040 Precision Laser Cutter complements our sheet metal fabrication abilities allowing Republic to be the source for all your parts needs. Laser cutting is a cost effective and time saving option for both small and large quantities and irregular shaped parts.

An additional advantage to laser cut parts is natural burr-free edges further reducing the costs by eliminating additional tooling/grinding charges. Republic engineers numerical nest the parts to optimize material utilization. The maximum part size capacity is 60 in. x 120 in.

Our laser cutting system can cut:

-Mild steel, up to 0.75 in.
-Stainless steel, up to 0.59 in.
-Aluminum, up to 0.39 in.

Accuracy:

-Cutting tolerances as close as +/-0.002 in.
-Repeatability +/-0.001 in.
